They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

And the best part is that I never wait long for my appointment. They make sure no appointment overlaps or visits crowding their calendar. Dr. Nguyen has the lightest hands and the most careful staff who truly deserve more than 5 stars.
