The reason I decided to go to this dentist is because it was recommended by my oral sergeant. Once they found out that I had previous X-rays done by another physician Dr. Kelly Gwendolyn herself decided she could not help me because I was not her patient. This was the actually words that came out of her mouth, "You are not my patient." So because I would not be paying her money for my X-rays. Dr. Gwendolyn decided that I would not be able to take the appointment that already was scheduled because she could not make maximum money off of my visit. Dr. Gwendolyn also let me know that she must give it to another patient even-though I was already scheduled for the appointment.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
