My first visit was for a cleaning. Everything went fine and we scheduled another appointment to finish cleaning and to fix 3 cavities (I thought). My second visit was today. The first thing they did was put me on Nitrous. When I was finished and ready to pay they gave me a bill for $350 (for 1 hour and I never even saw the dentist), the first time was $400. $750 just to have my teeth cleaned twice!!! None of my cavities have been fixed. I cancelled a third appointment because I did not feel they were being upfront about the costs and what they were doing. I feel like I have been ripped off. My old dentist only charged $100 for cleanings. Who knows how much the cavities were going to cost. I don't because they NEVER discussed the costs with me. I am unemployed and COST is very important to me. I will NEVER visit this dentist again. I feel like I just wasted $750, because I will now have to start over somewhere else.
