They never have that typical, irritating waiting room music playing here.Their music is soothing and adds to the atmosphere. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account. They go out of their way to be supportive. The office staff is helpful and prompt to answer the phone. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I have seen Neil many times in the past and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this approach to better health.
