They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. One thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The table I laid on during my treatment was extremely uncomfortable. I just couldn't relax the whole time because I felt like I was in more pain due to the table. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I wish they were more flexible.
