I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always return my phone calls quickly. I know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question every time I call. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to, and my treatments were fantastic every time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical waiting room music on.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They told me exactly what I could expect from my treatment, and everything they said was completely accurate. I appreciated that they didn't promise me anything they couldn't fulfill. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them just one time. All of my questions were answered, and I definitely feel much more confident and hopeful about my health. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
