I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me and they didn't even give me a satisfied solution for my situation.Without knowing that my new lenses are not the same as my old ones, I ended up purchasing a pair of glass that have lots of refelction issue. I can't even watch tv or see properly with my new glasses because there are too much reflection of lights on the lenses. After calling the store twice, I finally speak to the lady in the store who helped me with the glasses. She told me that she cannot tell what type of lenses I had on my old glasses, (but she didn't tell me about this when we were there). She also told me that she can resent the glass to be redone,but I have to pay $80 copay for the redone. However, since this is her fault because she didn't tell us about the reflection and she let us purchase something that we thought was the same quality of my old lenses, we suggested them to pay half of the copay for me. However, the store refused! $40 is nothing, but I did not like the fact that I have to pay the mistake someone else made, which is very very unfair for us. I am very unsatisfied with this store and I would never go back to this store again.
