Excellent service and attention to detail. Glass prescription was right on. Autumn did a great job of fitting them. Also co-managed my Lasik surgery, which went very well. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Terrible experience. I took my 10 year old for the 1st time. She didn't greet us. Didn't bother to introduce herself. Didn't explain what she was doing to my son during the exam, who was nervous. 15 min into the initial exam I finally asked her "are you Dr. Gebhardt?" because I thought she was rude & was going to complain - but she said "yes". I bit my tongue because my son's eye exam was more important. We picked up his glasses yesterday - Dec. 18, 2013. She didn't greet us. She came out and said "oh, you're here to get your glasses" She provided NO commentary as she fitted him; like "these look great!" or "you look great!" nothing to help make a kiddo (or his mother) feel good about getting glasses for the 1st time. She didn't say thank you or have a nice day. Didn't offer future assistance. Plus side? Her assistant was pleasant. I imagine that's the only reason she has clients. We will never go back or recommend her to anyone. Yuck!
