BIG Mistake. Never would I ever recommend these incompetent people to anyone. I knew my glasses were wrong the moment I put them on. The intern mis-transcribed the prescription. Hundreds of dollars later and headache after headache I knew something was wrong. I went back with my concerns, they reassured me I was not used to them yet but I insisted they made a mistake. Dr. did indeed eventually understand that it was their mistake. They re-tested and after weeks of waiting for a new pair they still didn’t feel right.
This is where I lost my cool. They cannot re-emburse me since it already went to a lab. Even if it was THEIR mistake TWICE for prescribing the wrong glasses.
I should have known about the dollar store reading glasses would work just as well because they seemed to work perfectly fine and tons cheaper. I was sold something I didn’t need. Shame on me for falling for their scam.
