If I could give Dr Woolf and his team no stars I would have done that! Shame on him and his staff! We brought my sons broken eye glasses to them on 02.07.18. We call on 02.21.18 because we have not heard back from them. They told us that they will call us back because they don’t know what is going on. Not until the next day they call
and let us know that it is “supply and demand” and that they will let us know when they will be ready. So now on 02.23.18 they call and talk to me. The First Lady I spoke to said that the lab will be over nighting the glasses and we can pick up on Tuesday because they are closed on Monday. I let the lady know that, that it is unacceptable. You guys have had the glasses for over 2 weeks and the fact that they will be over nighting them to you and we get to wait four days is not ok. She did not like that I had said so she got her manager on the phone. Btw this was about 11am. So the manager gets on and proceeds to tell me that she will not come on her day off to sit and wait nor will the dr pay someone to sit and wait. I told her that none of this was my problem but you guys need to make this right. She kept saying the dr will not be ok with it. So I told her every day that I do not have my sons glasses I will be doing a yelp review. She said she will get with dr Woolf and call me back. I made TWO attempts to talk to this office manager before 5pm when they closed for their nice 3 day weekend. And someone told me that the Dr will be calling me back before end of day. He calls me 20 mins before 5. WOW!!!! Is all I can say about this dr. All this company did was blame their lab, they weren’t the ones that lost them, I asked the dr to make it right, he proceeds to tell me that these glasses were funded by the school and he makes no money off of them. That he does it for free. He said what to me? Yes!!! This dr has treated me so horribly, why? Because I had gotten help from my sons school to get him glasses and he had basically no remorse of making this situation right. He says it’s one day can he sit up close? I said one day? Sir we turned these in 02.07.18 he says “oh my office staff didn’t tell me that” HELLO!!! I already told you that!!! He then proceeds to tell me what I was yelling at his staff? Ohh ok, now the dr is taking his staff side instead of getting the call resolved. I told him he had horrible customer service skills and he truly needs to rethink about his staff. It gets better.... his wife was one of the woman I had talked to and he believes his wife. This phone call never ended by the way. This dr set and argued and treated me like my 9 year old son did not matter because of this and that. Not did he once apologize for his staff, for the long period of time or want to help. He was going on vacation and had to leave!!! I would never take my business to Dr. Woolf Paul L OD. He still made no attempt to help me or promise he would do something for my son!! Shame on you and your staff!!!
