They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. To be honest, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him. When I was in the office they answered questions by talking in circles and never addressing the issue I was addressing. The gentle molding product was misrepresented and I was not told of all the possible side effects. It was 3 months of absolute hell. Thank goodness when I stopped using his contacts, my eyes did return to my normal vision. Otherwise, my distant vision would have been ruined.
