I saw this doc when he was at EP Target. He is OK, but nothing special. He doesn't explain much to you, which would be more helpful, but he is polite and professional in his manner. I haven't been to the new location, although the optical staff (especially the "optical manager") at Target were awful, so glad he moved from there to this new location.
