Jeffrey is an artist in hair cutting and styling. I've been getting my hair cut by him for about 20 years. I've seen women who walked into his salon looking average and they walked out looking special, remarkable, sometimes stunning. He creates hair styles that bring out a woman's best features, and are very maintainable. He told me it takes 3-4 visits before he and the customer reach an optimum style.
Personally, I go there because he makes me look good, because with my face, every bit helps.
