I worked here for a period of over 3.5 months. On my first payday she was out "scuba diving" and told didnt show up in the office for 3 days, when she did show she gave me half my paycheck telling me she holds a week which was never discusse. My tips from credit card sales were added to the check, i was told i would recieve them at the end of the day originally and they were taxed. Upon asking her about i was told her account told her it she should tax them because she gets taxed on the achine. I was working as a 1099. My parcheck bounced repeatedly; and when threatend her to call the police for passing bad checks; she treated me as if i were stupid and told me the banks was lying to me. Having few complaints and knowing this for a fact beacuse the manager Marcia followed up on customers since i was newly liscenced at the time, she accounted for 3 out of 40 customer complaints. Tereasa, claimed many complaints, so we both felt it was not a good fit. Then she made me wait another week for my ceck which is normallly not customary in the spa business. Again it bounced, upon returning to the spa, it was locked with a sign saying she would be back at 4:30. I left and came back to wait for her to arrive, I then saw her inside the spa, to which she ignored me for half an hour; then opning the door saying i was causing a scence and she had a custmer inside to whom she was performimg a facial on, which i am sure was not leagal because i had never seen an estheticians liscene in her office or anywhere in the establishment for her. She did not explain her groupons to custoers booking appointments which caused many problems when they arrived. She is a horrible boss and terrible business owner, buyer and professionals beware.
