I had such a good massage. I should know being a doctor and all. It is because Nicole (receptionist) recommended Ashley to me for my massage. It was really good and specific. Ashley said she was heavy handed but I found it to be absolutely delicious. I needed my neck worked on and she massaged each muscle like she knew each one in my neck and shoulders. I recommend this spa because they are so effective at helping me relax. It was very nice and the rooms are large and private. This spa makes you feel like you are the most important thing in it. I think the thing I like about Comfort & Joy best is that they use mostly (only?) natural and even some organic products. I'm one of those who believe what you put on your body is as important as what you put in it and I've always been concerned about the amount of non-natural and chemical items in lotions, soaps and shampoos. There fore it was nice to find a place that values using natural products as much as I do. The icing on the cake was when I began going there and found the massages were great as well (no "lotion rubbers" here)! I have since also gotten my hair cut there and like the fact that the stylist washed my hair AFTER cutting it, thus no worries about scratchy hair falling down my collar the rest of the day. The stylist also gave me a really great head and shoulder massage during the shampoo which was wonderful. My wife and I have also booked a few couples massages in their double size massage room, something I highly recommend for special occasions. "The Missus" also had some facial and nail services which she was happy with, but I'll let her write about that as all I now is that her nails looked good to me. That's about it, except don't be decived by the location, the place is in a strip mall and looks small from the outside, but is really long once you get inside and very peaceful and serene. Enjoy!
