I purchased a deal from Tomorrow's Body for Waxing Services on 3/20/11. I tried shortly thereafter to book an appointment, and the gentleman whoanswered the telephone was fairly rude once he learned that I wanted toutilize my certificate. He then proceeded to tell me there were no available appointments for several weeks and to call back. Today, I tried to call again. This same man answered the telephone and again he asked how I learned about the salon. I let him know that I had a Urban Dealight certificate and
he promptly placed me on hold. I waited for a little over 10 minutes (my desk line has a timer) and then the line was disconnected. I called back three times and each time when I tried to access the appointment extension, someone would pick up and immediately disconnect. I am VERY disappointed with the POOR customer service of this facility! Thank Goodness the Urban Dealight staff was helpful and willing to credit this charge. Spare yourself the rudeness and visit any other spa- there are plenty of wonderful places in Denver.

(BTW- this rudeness appears par for the course as there are horror stories from other customers on various websites)
