Yesterday on 04/11/2008 when I walked in to have my hair colored I said I need a specialist with the colors. The stylists advised to do the tone and not the bleach. Of course I agreed not to damage my hair. But the color did not turn the way we expected. So the stylist called a manager, who was pretty agressive. She told the girl to dry my hair and see if I like it. Half of my hair was purple, half yellow. Who would like it? They decided to do the tone again, but the manager said that with my hair I would have to go bleach. I said Ok, let us do bleach. She got really upset at this point and said that this was not what I was asking for at the beginning, that it was my choice. I decided to get up and leave, BUT SHE PUSHED ME BACK INTO THE SEAT TWICE saying: "No. we will do the tone." I managed to get up and leave the back room where this happened. They charged me $40, when I came back to get my money back (I realized: what am I paying for?!) this manager after quite a conversation threw the money at me saying: "I hope you will enjoy your money!"
That was my experience.
I called the police but the officer said without independant witnesses (they were all her employees) that would be just my word against her word.
Unfortunately, I did not get her name. But she is an older lady with short hair cut and glasses.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
