Clients are over booked for the one massage room that is only divided by a plastic folding door. The plastic folding door doesn't have a lock and doesn't meet the floor so there isn't a sound barrier. Massage clients can hear each other, which isn't very relaxing and breaches privacy laws. When one pays $80+ for a massage or body treatment, one would expect to be in a real spa. Not to mention, the extremely loud talking and people walking on the stairs. The owner is very rude and obviously insecure because he is constantly making derogatory comments about his employees’ appearance. He robs them of their set commission or won‘t pay them at all.
