Upon a recomendation from a close business associate I decided to switch from the local YMCA to this Golds Gym location. The facility was very impressive but I can't say as much for the staff. After looking through the personal trainers profiles posted in the entrance way I decided to try out a session as I have never had a trainer before and I was curious. I met with the young lady I was to give my hard earned money to and she seemed great. Jennifer Baston was her name and she seemed to very passionate about what she did. I was excited to begin working with her when I came in for our first session but that excitement was to be short lived. She came in five minutes late looking like she had just crawled out of bed and did not even seem to notice she was late! She then instructed me to perform exercises I knew little about and drift off in to her own little world as I struggled to execute them. At one point she even walked to the other side of the gym as I sat there and began apparently began to flirt with another trainer, I later found out that this little situation was the gossip of the gym. It is a shame that so much effort would be put in to providing such an exceptional facility only to have it ruined by an uncaring and unprofesional staff.
