This facility has changed in the past six months. There nice people working who smile and answer questions. The classes are great and some trainers who know what they are doing. Some new equipment is needed though. Childcare is awesome. Clean women's locker room. Great place to go workout if you are in town.

Some of the staff are really super, but several are not, including the management, who totally have an attitude. It makes a difference when you have a question. They have dragged their heels or shrugged off reports of broken equipment. The music is blasted really loud and it's awful, really, bad music. The cleaning is rather superficial, there are some serious maintenance issues here.
This has got to be the worst gym in Virginia.
