I loved the facility and the staff was helpful but once we let them know that we didnt want to buy a 1 year membership and felt like we were ostracised because of it. Once they found out, the registration fee went up, which was understandable, but also we could no longer try the week for free. I then called back and said we wanted to join on Friday (it was Wed) could we come in and workout once or twice just to try it out and was told they didnt have any appointments until the following week.

The idea is to find a gym that you love and want to stick with, so why make it so hard to try it out?
