The beds were dirty. Still had residue from previous client. The staff was ex extremely rude. I REALIZE good employees are difficult to find in Casper...at least find someone who will clean and treat customers respectfully.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
