Postural Rebalancing describes the focus and purpose of this massage therapy approach. The goal is to improve form and function by combining manual therapy techniques such as, neuromuscular therapy (P. St. John), fascial release (J. Rockwell), orthopedic massage (J. Waslaski), Neurokinetics ( B. Vaughn), active isolated stretching (A. Mattes), and rehabilitative exercise (PFIT).
Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and dietary recommendations compliment the manual therapy. Oriental Medicine stands alone to treat a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions beyond musculoskeletal pain conditions.
