I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Overall I was a little surprised by the massage therapists indifference in attitude throughout the massage. They were polite enough, but certainly didn't go out of the way to at least appear happy to be there. but did enjoy the happy ending
