They have been a critical part of my pain management team over the years and while I still struggle with pain, I know that I am considerably better as a result of the skill. I bought a massage package in February for 5 massages for my husband and myself. He has gone for 2 massages. I am STILL waiting for someone to call me back so I can make a massage for myself. I have made 5 calls and left a message each time to try to schedule. It has been 3 days. I do understand it is a busy practice that provides much needed relief to it's patrons but my husband needed at least 4 calls to be made before he was scheduled. There used to be a receptionist at the front desk--can she not make these appointments? This is very frustrating. I do understand this practice just moved to a new location, but surely, with the voice mail message indicating to leave a message--this isn't working. It has become a real challenge--please help!
