The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was a little nervous that their hands would be too cold, because I've run into that at other places, but they weren't. I was very relieved. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
