I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional, however the stylist messed up my color three times. Finally went elsewhere.
