Our massage/skin care therapists and pilates instructors are licensed, insured US citizens paying US taxes. We love what we do, and provide excellent services to our clients.
We offer all modalities of relaxation and therapeutic massage, hot stone therapies, medical massage, reflexology, reiki healing, pregnancy massages and lymphatic drainage.
Our signature facials are relaxing to the soul and nourishing to the skin. We use Eminence certified organic skin care. We cater to all skin types for men, women and teens. I tell moms, bring your dermatologist co-pay here. We get the teens acneic skin under control through balancing the skin, not by drying it out with harsh products. During our facials we massage the feet, neck, shoulders, hands - most clients fall asleep!
Full body waxing, feather hair extensions and hair tinsel is available for all.
The Pilates Group Reformer classes are growing each day. We have 5 top of the line reformers with vertical towers. Classes are offered at a variety of times each day to accomadate everyone. I make sure that you feel and begin to see results immediately. My job is to educate and motivate you each class, you will never get bored. Even if you have never exercised before, you will be addicted.

I started in the field of exercise at the age of 18 and loved helping people on a holistic level. At 26 I began training at a massage therapist/reiki master. (I actually started as child). Amethyst Rose opened in Revere, Massachusetts. I moved to Long Island to start my family and in 2000, I opened Amethyst Rose in East Islip. I got certified in skin care and love it. I began instructing pilates classes two years ago and love it also. I think what I love most, is the people that I meet, and the stories they share with me.
