I called and the person who answered the phone was NOT very helpful!! Yeah, I know the internet is at your fingertips but not everyone wants info from the net!! If I am calling saying I am needing help for my mother, referring me back to the net is uncaring and quite frankly unprofessional!!!!! For what?! For what?! If my receptionists talked to our patients like that, they wouldn't be working here!!!!
