Horrible. She was so condescending and made me feel even worse. Looked at my weight and said " You can't walk more than a mile" Would not recommend at all. She put me down and didn't seem to want to help, more like she was reading off of a paper. She didn't ask any questions about me and didn't really give me any advice. I ended the session early
