I have gone to this clinic for 15 years. I REFUSE to go any longer. Dr Nancy is holding money from her patients through double payments. She gets paid from patient and insurance and keeps them both...UNTIL YOU ASK FOR CREDIT. Well, how do you know you have a credit when they NEVER send a credit balance statement? They had $70 of my husband's money for nearly 6 months. It was revealed by a fluke. If you are not a regular patient then you are probably overpaid and out of luck for a refund.

I am so disgusted by the change in this clinic. She has lost her way and it is suddenly all about making money, NOT HEALTH! Such a disappointment. Make sure you ask if there is a credit balance on your or a family members account. Otherwise, you will overpay.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait to get it answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
