I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Dr Heumann is in it for the money period. he kept trying to pressure me into buying several appointments up front. I would NEVER RECOMEND HIM PERIOD!!!
