They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
