I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. But I would like to see more of them-it feels like no one works there full-time. I really like Mike, a new addition to the staff (MUCH nicer than the girl he replaced), but can't figure out when he will be there. Could it be that the owner is cheap with the staff (something very common with the multitude of medical professionals I've had to visit in my life-the docs love the money, but hate to part with any of it, and often lose good staff because of that)
