Dr. Lau was instrumental in assisting my recovery to the point of no immediate need for surgery. That was in 1991. Today 2011 I am having to explore the issues of my neck again. I appreciate all that Dr. Lau did for me!

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
