I accompanied my mother to her followup. Dr. Nip was an hour late for the appointment. She had a melanoma excised from her chest, and Dr. Nip was the plastic surgeon who placed the skin graft and performed the post-surgical wound care. The surgical area is unsightly, and has some overhanging skin on the top and large keloid scars on the bottom. Dr. Nip removed the dissolving sutures too soon and the incision pulled apart, causing my mother a lot of pain and resulting in large keloid scars in that area. When questioned about the cosmetic results, he stated that he did not make the initial incision, and that my mother should be grateful to be alive. I found his comments and attitude rude, abrasive and innapropriate. He did not make any suggestions and didn't seem to care about cosmetic improvement.

Thanks to the professionalism of Dr.Vincent Nip, I am able to breathe freely through my nose for the first time in my life.
Excellent work,superb staff and facility.
Highly recommend him for the most demanding or complicated procedures.
