The doctor is ok but his office manager is rude and stubborn. She coded my visits wrongly, twice (for insurance purposes), but refused to change. Her errors forced me to pay out of pocket for annual checkups which are covered 100%. When I called and nicely asked her to re-code, she refused to go on the website to get the right code. When CIGNA called her to tell her the right code, she said that CIGNA is wrong. Worst office to go in my opinion. It's a shame. The doctor is good but the office manager messed up for him.
