I went to Dr. Haraldsen for a mole checkup. I had expected my moles to be charted out, etc, but the doctor only asked me where the problem was (there wasn't any...I wanted him to just check so it can be referenced to in the future). He handed me a pamphlet on what skin cancer looks like and sent me on my way after less than 5 minutes. Two months later, I receive a bill for over $120. I called to dispute the charges and they would not budge. I do not feel the services provided were even close to the amount of money charged. They were also rude and condescending with me upon realizing my health insurance program is not the best in the world.
