They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
