They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
