Bedside manner is non existent. Brought my 82 year old mother to tears chastising her for going to the ER with a BP of 225/115. If this is the replacement for Dr Beard we are in trouble. He has zero compassion and doesn't have the ability to connect with his patients on their level. He is arrogant and pompous which only makes the situation worse. Maybe a personality seminar would be a huge benefit for him instead of alienating his patients.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
