There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Quick to schedule an appointment, current technology (i.e. camera/video/wall display for ear ), professional staff, keeps appointments on schedule. New building, pleasant waiting area.
