Dr. Kirk Ridley and his staff go out of their way to make me feel equally respected and cared for. Over the years, I've seen doctors at other places that were in too much of a hurry and over-booked to spend much time with me and questions because of this went unanswered when I had my appointment. I really appreciate the extra effort Dr. Ridley makes to avoid this when I'm expected to see him. I really admire Dr. Ridley for being more than willing to refer the extra help for me by seeing other medical Specialists in different fields of study where they have the necessary equipment that's needed to do what is required to help me with my disabled, medical conditions. Dr. Ridley is very kind, courteous and always calls me by my first name when he walks in the patient waiting room, and I'm confident that he and his assistant always have my best interests at heart. They both always go the extra mile to make me feel very comfortable and attended to. Dr. Ridley and his assistant always listen to every question or concerns that I have and he will do what it takes to help me. I've been seeing Dr. Kirk Ridley for a long time and I highly respect him, not only as my doctor but as a person. Dr. Ridley is so caring and I trust him and his entire staff that work with him, they get me in right away with very little waiting time and the waiting room is always clean and welcoming. Summing it all up, they are the best, in a very nice, safe location and he's my Doc I hope for many, many more years!
