Instead of following my general doctor's orders of comparing another another scan with one taken 2 years ago she blamed headaches on stress after meeting me for approx 10 minutes. Although much longer after the fact but thankfully another neurologist diagnosed it as cluster headaches and proper treatment was prescribed no thanks to her diagnosis. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. For a neurologists office I expected their equipment to be a little more advanced. Although it was old most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current.
