They answered most of my questions but could have been a little nicer - I felt the staff very straightforward, direct & pretty much "in my face". Their manner could have been friendlier & helping me feel more at ease. I was able to find the building easy enough, but it took awhile to find the correct office on the lower level & I did ask for help locating it or I would have been late. If there was another place closer I'd go to a different clinic (it's quite a drive for me).
