I am writing this to warn others about physicians eye clinic and how it handles potential employees.
No one should have to put up with such blatant arrogance and rudeness even if they really need the job.
I urge anyone who is thinking of applying to their company to think hard on if it is worth your time to even apply.

Never have I encountered a woman that could infuriate a person to the point of having to write poor reviews about their companies interviewing process until 05/29/2008 when my wife applied for a position with physicians eye clinic located at 2101 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines Iowa where she was treated with such an arrogant rudeness from there office manager in charge of hiring new employees for an open office position.
The story begins with my wife sending her resume to physicians eye clinic where after about a week we received a call back requesting that she find time to visit their location to discuss a possible position within their company.
she looked at her schedule and found the only time available that would work for both parties was during her split shift on 05/29/2008, from 2:00pm to 4:30pm so she had to rush from work to physicians eye clinic and back to make it on time.
keep in mind that *** we have already sent this woman our resume *** which I am sure most everyone knows that building a resume is quite a hassle in it's self. so we finally get to their location and she goes inside to fill out an application for the position.
my wife filled out all the parts which the company did not already have from her resume and where they did have the information already she wrote "see resume".
Where she wrote "see resume" was only the past job history information. which is useless to an employer on an application if they already have a resume that goes along with it.
The woman who was supposed to be interviewing her decided that apparently my wife must be wasting her time simply because she did not fill out that small useless section of the application.
where in fact my wife used her gas money to travel from Ankeny Iowa down to 2101 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines Iowa just to hopefully achieve a position with in her company. after ten minuets she came out and rudely asked my wife to leave.
Now I ask you was this all necessary? she could have simply asked her to fill out the application completely and sat down to speak with my wife instead of being a complete ***** about the situation and telling her that she was wasting her time.
This sort of treatment should not be tolerated in a business setting and I hope she feels ashamed for her behavior during the brief time meeting with my wife.
