The staff was polite and Dr. Roseff was very good with my son who was there for tonsil issues. Well it turns out while his tonsils are large, it was his adnoids that were the problem and Dr. Roseff didn't want to operate on the tonsils because it is a more intense recovery. I am so glad he helped my son to breath better at night, without a major surgery. No more worrying about whether or not he is breathing when he is asleep! Also he did great with my son who is autistic during surgery and he wasn't traumatized by the experience.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
