They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
