They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
