There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The business was handicap-accessible. The physicians made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office staff is friendly enough but dont expect too much from the call back nurses, they return calls occassionally. But I as far as my doc is concerned, there is noone I trust more with the health and welfare of my child than Dr. Phillips and Dr. Lacey.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. The chairs in their waiting room were comfortable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
